"Beware of this lazy office! My experience with this office has been spotty at best. Never having an accident in the nearly 7 years I’ve been with State Farm, I was hoping to gain some clarity on a few questions. The person who answered wasn’t an agent and never had an agent call me back.
The next issue is with Derrick, this person has absolutely no idea what Georgia law is as I had to research everything myself today while under duress, while he refused to help us insure our newly bought rv. I currently have a 100 year old hickory down in my driveway which crushed our newly bought RV, truck and garage. Derrick denied us insurance even though in the state of Georgia you have 14 days from purchase date! We should’ve already had an accessor out taking photos and a crew sawing down this tree! Every time we called he basically said it wasn’t his problem and was so completely rude about everything. This is the kind of situation that causes good hard working people to find insurance companies that actually care about their customers! Do not trust this office!!
*Update- no one called us as Derrick already denied us insurance but we went to a different State Farm office and got everything settled. We asked to speak directly with Brandon Wine but he was “busy” all day. This office does not care about you and will not help you! State Farm is a great company that has already helped us with getting the tree removed and getting everything else fixed with absolutely NO help from this office."
